Gareth was a truly unique, wonderful person, and along with Shirley, Rhian, Gemma and Robbie have been like our extended family. We are absolutely heartbroken. I always had a big grin on my face whenever Gareth was around - whether it was seeing him in my dad's office writing their next book, or over a couple of pints in the local. I knew that I'd be greeted with warmth, kindness, and undoubtedly laughter from a bad joke that was always up his sleeve! He was always there to recommend a good pub, (his knowledge of which was astounding!) or for sage advice on anything and everything - work, relationships, football, even helping me write a sociology essay at uni, although sadly even he couldn't help my grade! He'll be hugely missed, but the great outpouring of love for him shows that he'll never be forgotten. Love Tom & Kerry xxx
