Dear Shirley, Gemma, Rhian and Robbie, I have never had the pleasure to personally meet you but it feels like to me I have known you for a long time through all the wonderful stories Gareth shared about you. He was so proud of each one of you. I have no words to express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I met Gareth in Madrid where he used to teach in many of our Leadership Programmes. From the first time we worked together he became my favourite professor as he not only was fun and easy to work with, but he always scored the best results and participants absolutely loved every moment of his sessions. But what I admired the most of Gareth were his people skills and humility. He always would find time for everyone and make everyone feel special, always willing to help and to give priceless advice. And not to mention his positivity, bright personality enjoying every single moment of life always with a smile on his face and ready to have some fun!!
