Well I have tried to find the perfect words and now after 4 days of trying have realised there just arent enough words to sum up the utter legend that was uncle Gar !! He was a true gentleman who would help anyone at the drop of a hat. Whether he was helping me with my "bistro" service reinactments, helping to know what doctor not to call for in an emergency or just going on little adventures in general, including coming back from Wales and going straight to see you to tell you all about it or the gourmet toastie in the Lawrence and getting lost trying to get back to robs in Pompey to then find out we were walking around in a big circle the next day and the many many pub crawls !!! the world has lost an amazing person but we will never forget you, no matter who you were Shirl and gar always made you feel welcome All my love goes to the out to Shirl, Rhi, Gemma and Robbie.
