No words are enough to describe the man that Gareth was. He was kind, humble, generous, funny; the list goes on and on. Gareth and the rest of the Jones’ were an integral part of my childhood and beyond, like a second family, and I’m very grateful to have known such a wonderful human. I remember being with Gareth and his family when my youngest brother Billy was born, and how excited Gareth was to have a new addition to our gang. He was teaching him about philosophy from the age of two, of course, but also about his beloved Spurs. A genuine guy who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, the world is most certainly a darker place without him in it. To Shirley, Rhian, Gemma and Rob, I can’t imagine the pain of losing your wonderful Husband/ Dad but I hope it’s a comfort to know how much he impacted the lives of everyone he met. He will be forever remembered with love and admiration and his legacy will live on in you all I’m sure. RIP Gareth, until we meet again xx
