I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gareth for many years as I was with BlessingWhite - the company who represented his and Rob's thought leadership in the book - WSABLBY. Gareth was an exceptional person as well as a great leader, speaker, coach, and mentor. Even more valued to me was his friendship and the time and care he invested. I remember working with him for one of my clients and he was giving a speech to over 100 people and of course everyone one was engaged and hanging on his every word, story or joke. After his speech cocktails would be served and that is the part of the work he enjoyed the most - connecting one-on-one or in small groups, meeting people, learning about them, and sharing and laughing. Gareth was so giving of his time with everyone and I wish he had more time now. I will do my best to lead and engage others the way Gareth did. Thoughts going out to his family for your loss.
