An abiding memory of Gareth is when I went to one of his training gigs in horsham for public sector management. Gareth told everyone I was one of his post grad students and I got to take part in all the exercises and had the privilege of watching the great man in action. He really was a showman and could hold a room in the palm if his hand. The greatest gift Gareth had is he believed in people, and made you believe in yourself.
